How important is your mental ability to yourself?
Mental strength is an asset for anyone, we can all concur to be mentally unwell is a really hard matter for anyone to trade with. We tend to concentrate so much on our body forgetting our mental health matters, we buy clothes, shoes etc to build our physical appearance come together, the interrogation is what about our intellect?
Our mental state is as important as looking good, if not more significant. When your mental state is not together, it can be hard to hold everything else close to you.
How do we maintain our mental state in sound shape? By feeding it with the right data, right vibe and more often than not the good things. To lose weight you must feed your body the right nutritions. The same room you must feast your brain with the good things. Your mental capacity will be compromised if you are enclosed with bad energy, wrong crowd, wrong friends basically anything that will precede you to lose control of your mind is incorrect for your mental state.
I always say decisions are for me and you take and no can make them for us. Pull in that decision to ensure you are capable to control the things that comes into judgment.
